Our process is pretty standard. We ship mostly through USPS First Class mail and provide tracking information on every order we receive. There are times we may use UPS or FEDEX depending on your order size and location. We may also split packages up for transit to expedite certain items while others are in processing. If you feel an item is missing in your order, please do not be alarmed. Log into your account and check for multiple tracking numbers by line item in your order. You can locate this information inside your account details by clicking on the user icon located next to the shopping cart and site search icon on the top right of any page or on the top left navigation menu and locate "account login". You will be asked formyoyr email and password. If you do not remember your password, you can reset it there as well.
1. Once logged in, locate orders and you can find your tracking information there. A copy of your tracking information is also sent to the email address used when the order was placed.
a) Order Processing & Production: 2-5 Business Days - New product creation, tailoring, packaging and posting. Rest assured if we've received an order, it's in processing and product custom tailor and creation.
b) Order Shipping: 3-5 Business Days: In most cases this is the standard delivery timeline once the Order Processing timeline as been met.
c) Total processing, production & delivery timeline: 5 -10 busness days.
2. You can also use our automated tracking feature bot inside of the bottom right chat feature on any page. Please have your order and email address used to create your order ready.
Important Note: Upgrading shipping speed, will not expedite order processing. These timelines are standard estimates based on business as usual. We've noticed with COVID-19 and social distancing requirements with reduced staffing that timelines can fluxuate. Occasional weather in areas of the country, there can be delays in transit.
